We recommend 3 eating times per day, simply selecting TWO MAIN MEALS & ONE MINI MEAL per day – You can easily find these meals in the recipe library, conveniently within their own category - simply click main meal OR mini meal and browse the options!

MAIN MEALS*

RESET main meals are expertly designed as the optimal nutrient dense combo that focuses on nourishing every cell within your body, boosting your metabolism and increasing your energy levels. These meals are a multi-vitamin powerhouse including a dense variety of proteins, healthy fats, and loads of vegetables! These meals will keep you full for hours while still feeling light – putting an end to constant snacking – this naturally reduces calorie intake and sugar cravings, aiding in weight loss, WITHOUT the hunger!

*You need to have eaten your last main meal no later than 2 hours before bed to ensure a lot of the main digesting is completed before sleep, this is essential for vital rest and recovery.

We have broken down our main meals into two categories to help make your meal selection process even easier! By following the LIGHT category as much as possible throughout your week, and just 1–2 options selected from the NOURISH category – will see you soar towards your health and weight-loss goals and maintain them for life!

LIGHT MAIN MEALS

This category consists of all the options that are super light, easy to digest and will ensure you maintain optimal health. Consuming as main meals from this category will naturally reduce any excess weight without the hunger AND maintain that weight-loss for life!

NOURISH MAIN MEALS

This category is called NOURISH, as every option is deeply nourishing whole-food goodness… BUT the ingredients within these meals also include more of the starchy carbs and slightly higher calorie options – meaning your body will thrive best when only including these meals once to twice per week.

MINI MEALS

Just as important as a main meal, MINI MEALS are designed as a multi-vitamin, mineral and fibre enriched gut nourishing internal sweep, consisting of a dense variety of fruits, nuts, seeds, and whole-grains – this combination naturally cleanses and detoxifies your entire system, acting essentially like a broom, literally sweeping you clean from the inside – OUT!

A slow sluggish digestive system and bowel not only lowers our metabolism, but is also a precursor to illness and disease. This mini meal gets things moving as they should, and your body will love you for it!

The amount of servings within each recipe are located just under the image. Always start with one serving per person for a few days before adjusting…

You need to meet your metabolism where it is! A slow metabolism needs less food until it increases… consistent meal timings and introducing 2 mains and a mini WILL increase your metabolism over time. So start with smaller portions, when you start to feel more hunger you can slowly increase the portion sizes.

If the meals aren’t filling (especially for men who naturally have a higher metabolism than woman) - increase your portion size a little at a time until you find what works for your body.

You want your serving to leave you feeling satisfied, not over full and not hungry! A little hunger between meals is perfect! Thats your metabolism firing and burning body fat and we want the body to have time and space for this to happen – do not fear slight hunger.
